Once your piece has been glazed and fired, we’ll email you with the next steps. Please wait for that email before visiting, so your piece is ready and waiting at the front counter.

Please wait until you’ve received your pottery collection email before planning your visit.
Follow the email
Once your collection email arrives, follow its instructions for arranging your visit.
Pop in
Come to the front counter at 5 Eastgate Row North and pick up your piece.
Enjoy it
Show it off, use it, gift it – and come back to paint the next one.
Collection details
- How long does firing take? It usually takes about 4 weeks for your pottery to be glazed and fired. We’ll email you when it’s ready.
- Can I just walk in to collect? An appointment is preferred. If you walk in without one, you may have to wait while paying customers are served.
- After the email: Follow the collection instructions in your email, or contact us if you have a question.
- How long will you keep my pottery? We keep finished pottery for 2 weeks. After that, we’ll get in touch with you.
- Can someone else collect for me? Ask us.
